Mindful life Mindful Life is a unique mind/body programme using the resources and techniques of mindfulness now ( UK college of mindfulness) With a qualified teacher of the mindfulness now program. This course will help you to establish a daily practice of mindfulness and help you incorporate mindful living as a lifestyle. Finding a new joy in the little things that were always there, but you maybe didn’t notice before. You can find pleasure in everyday experiences, and start to live in the Now…. ● A detailed individual assessment ● Group mindfulness sessions ● An eight weeks teaching and support programme with open-ended support ● Individual dedicated audio recordings ● ‘The Gift’, a mindfulness retreat session, highlighting the importance of silence for inspiration Assessment Every client receives an individual detailed assessment, carried out through informal discussion to match their needs to what the programme offers. Individual, personalised, one-to-one or group mindfulness meditation sessions Individual dedicated audio recordings Weekly group mindfulness sessions An eight weeks teaching and support programme with open-ended support ‘The Gift’, a mindfulness retreat session Participants are required to practise mindfulness on a daily basis for 40 or 50 minutes between the weekly sessions. The programme is normall *All sessions are recorded if you cannot attend live and sent to all participants. Includes an open-ended support group after the course has been completed, with check-in questions and more. This course is designed to help you create a daily mindfulness practice, a unique blend of MBSR & MBCT this course will teach you how to use daily practice for a less stressful and enriched life experience. Over the 8 weeks you will learn various meditations and thought processing techniques to improve your overall health & wellbeing.
