Service Description

Being Mindful Online 8 Week Course *All sessions are recorded if you cannot attend live and sent to all participants. Includes an open-ended support group after the course has been completed, with check-in questions and more. This course is designed to help you create a daily mindfulness practice, a unique blend of MBSR & MBCT this course will teach you how to use daily practice for a less stressful and enriched life experience. Over the 8 weeks you will learn various meditations and thought processing techniques to improve your overall health & wellbeing.
